Steve assumed management of our real estate sale after we fired our prior agent for inaccurate pricing of the property, inadequate sample size for comparative market analysis, failure to take the time to incorporate us into the computation process in order to afford us a full understanding of the manner in which the comparative pricing figure was determined. Last but not least the prior agent did not maximize the likelihood for a quick sale by using an open house strategy at the onset of the marketing process. Steve did all of the above immediately as part of his "standard operating procedure" which ultimately resulted in more than 12 couples touring the home right out of the chute. His strategy promptly resulted in a buyer, and an offer, which we accepted without the need for any haggling.

Steve was exactly who I needed to find what ended up being the perfect home for me! He was willing to drive far distances for showings, often several within a few days. It was easy to get emotional and discouraged during the house hunting process but Steve always calmed me down and had words of wisdom for me to help during moments of stress and was always confident that we’d find the perfect house. Steve was great in working to house that fit our needs. We had a wide search location wise as a young newly married couple, and ended up seeing ~15+ houses in various price ranges within Lancaster County.
